Conky, aplikasi ringan untuk monitoring sistem di Linux ini sangat diminati. Tidak seperti di destkop berbasis gtk2.x lainnya, di gnome shell perlu setting tambahan untuk menampilkan conky karena meski script conky telah di jalankan tapi tidak akan tampil di desktop shell.
