OGMRip rips and encodes DVD into very high quality AVI, OGM, MP4, or Matroska files. It supports a wide variety of video (XviD, Lavc, X264 and Ogg Theora) and audio (Ogg Vorbis, MP3, PCM, AC3, DTS and AAC) codecs and can extract SRT or VobSub subtitles. OGMRip tries as much as possible to automate most of the steps of the encoding: it computes the video bitrate for a given output file size, auto detects cropping and scaling parameters, ...
